Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
• Inspect vehicles to identify early mechanical or electrical concerns
• Monitor and maintain proper fluid levels across all vehicle systems
• Replace worn parts like belts, hoses, and wiper blades
• Accurately document services completed and vehicle conditions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Support additional shop operations as needed

What You Bring as a Fleet Maintenance Technician:

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related role is a plus
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with shop tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently or on a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
