Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow zTrip’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Represent zTrip at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and forge partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth potential.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts, partnerships, and service agreements with prospective clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and updates to leadership.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (transportation or logistics industry experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
